Health and Wellness Coaching

What would your life be like if you could
truly respond to it?

Reacting to life and responding to life are not the same thing. The difference between those that live the life they imagined, hoped for and dreamed of and those that feel overwhelmed, run over and disappointed by life comes down to just one thing.
Those that thrive personally, professionally and in their health and wellness have asked and answered the question,

"Who is the man or woman that I want to be?"

And most importantly, they've taken their answer and have
consciously built the life they have always wanted with it.

As your Coach it's my job to help you take meaningful steps toward the future you...to support you in becoming the highest version of you possible...to encourage you in becoming that man or woman that you want to be.

So my question is, how will YOU respond to this one big, beautiful life you've been given?

Testimonials
"Growth is never easy, in fact, growth is difficult. From the day we are born, we were meant to grow. But it hurts, our muscles hurt, our bodies ache, our minds and emotions are constantly being tested. But we develop, we evolve into the beings we are today. Yet, as the future approaches we still need to reach for the continued evolution of what we are to become. As when we were little, we can do it by chance, fall down, scratch our knees, then learn how to adapt so that does not happen again. But being an adult we have a choice. We can chose the direction we wish to grow, face that direction, then pick the path that will get us there. We may not actually know what the destination looks like but we can be conscious of the path.
I met Paula Du Chateau eight years ago at an insurance class. We both had a lot in common, both insurance nerds for one, fitness and health for another, but we both also had a desire to grow into a better version of ourselves. When I first started actually working with Paula she helped me draw up a plan for my agency and guide me down the paths needed to get to where I wanted to be. Along the way she helped me with awareness on an emotional level too (as that also needs to grow and have purpose). Through her techniques, thoughtfulness and lots of planning I am well on my way to my destination, knowing that once I arrive we will likely find a new place on the map of life to go.
She has been a great partner on my travels, keeping me on the path, helping me watch for obstacles and always having a positive outlook even when I skin my knee. As growth is hard, to do it alone would be nearly impossible. I chose to dictate my future and not let it dictate me! Thank you, Paula. You have made a difference!" ~Joe Egli, Owner of Brown Insurance Agency
